Graffiti art is definitely an intriguing form. I like work that breaks from the traditional modes. It is the history of all art, and good to see it remains alive and well. Like all new moves, some take a while for the art world to adjust. Some paths dwindle out. Some open unexpected new terrain.
I particular like the Italian graffiti here. It retains familiar but intricate images while drawing me further into
this world.
Thank you for recording an on-going journey.
Ah, I was there only a month ago. His graffiti is very good. Interestingly, I showed this to my cousin and she explained to me in Italy that it’s the norm when construction is going on for graffiti artists to come in a graff all over the boards covering the scaffolding. Encouraged, even. Awesome stuff.
